16 March 2012 can the stamp paper for entering into articleship be pre-dated? for instance i take a stamp paper today and can the agreement be dated a week prior to that? plz help

No, when you take stamp paper as on 16.03.2012 then you can use such stamp paper for starting training from today or thereafter but you can not use it from before that date like 15.03.2012.
