16 March 2012 i started articleship from 1st March of this year. Can the articleship agreement be dated on 16th of this month?
and i filled the form102 also on march 1st. If the agreement is from 16th, will it be valid?

16 March 2012 Articleship commencement date should not be earlier than the agreement date is it is invalid.

Form 102 is required to be filed with in 30 days from the commencement of training. If you are commencing training from 1st March, Form-102 is required to be submitted to the concerned designated officer till 30th March.

On other hand if you start training on 16th March then it will be required to submit such Form 102 on or before 14th April.
