21 March 2012 good evening sir,i have just cleared my ipcc both groups and i have joined a mediocor firm 1month ago.but i'm not satisfied with the work and environment.Recently i've got an offer from vipul baranwal & associates bt i heard that senior staff is very strickt there and office hours will be 10 to 7..i'm confused whether to join this or not.i'm scared if i join yhis firm i may not get time for study.can u please suggest?

No request for transfer of articles is entertained from any articled assistant in general and more particularly during the first six months and also during the last twelve months of articles except as provided in the Regulations. In the event of termination, his articles shall not be registered in the same city.

So i will suggest you to continue articleship where you are presently doing.
