can any 1 tell me that , whether by taking overtime credit of articleship period we can collect stipend on same.....
at the end of my internship
if not then how we can prove to the institute that we give overtime in office....
so that can we obtain any confirmation from our ca regarging same.

Its totally upon your CA weather he Pays or not.......
However as per articleship anybody working extra in the office he is eligicle for extra leaves equivalent to extra working.....
do prepare your attendance sheet and get it signed by the CA it will act as the proof of overtime working.......
it is your attendance sheet authenticated by CA determine your articleship and your overtime working.......
