Yes, newly qualified CA having COP can train one article

Hello sir A K SAH, as far as i can recall my knowledge, i think a CA holding COP should have atleast 2.5 years of experience of practice... I'm sorry if i'm incorrect, do clarify this...

Yes, you are right.
There is a proposal with the Institute that a CA in practice should not take articles for training exceeding 7.
This was confirmed by SIRC member.
Still under consideration....... not confirmed
