DEAR ALL
My articleship has comleted today (5th OCT} from HOSPET{Karnataka}. Now I am in Kolkata preparing for my Final exams to be held in NOV. I have heard that we have to deposit FORM 108 within 1 month else fine of Rs 100 will be levied.I want to know that if I will deposit within 20th of NOV. what will be the fine and in WHOSE FAVOUR the DRAFT will be made???????? My regional off is in CHENNAI.
