What to do if principal does not sign the form 109 in second year of articleship.?? Can i terminate my articleship by myself up to the date of transfer from previous employer??

yes you may do so...but at your own risk....
The proper would be to convince your principal.....if you are not able to convince, take some elderly and responsible person from your family to do so.
