10 December 2015 Sir/Ma'am,

I'm an article and I have completed my 9 Months of training. Due to some personal reasons I will have to take a Transfer and also Break from Articleship for a period of 3-4 months. Can I take such break? and if I take break of 3-4 months then will I be able to continue from the 10th month? Please help me....

15 December 2015 Sir I heard that the 9 months period of my articleship will lapse if I don't join another firm with in 30 days. Is that true?

16 December 2015 It wont lapse per se, but you need to give REASON why the delay beyond 30 days.
