08 August 2015 how many times can i take transfer in my first year of articleship?

08 August 2015 01. No restriction as such except of course the REASONABLENESS criterion may be applied by the CA where you are seeking the transfer.
02. Please try to understand that the transfer is not meant to be viewed as BIRTH RIGHT of the articled. The first transfer itsef is viewed very cautiously by the CA where you are intending to get transferred..
