30 March 2015 Dear Sir/Mam,
I am in second year of my articleship and I want to take tranfer because My father is farmer and now he has got an opportunity to work as employee in a firm. So, my family will have to shift to the another city that is more than 50 kilometers from the village .And moreover my younger brother is pursuing his studies in the same city. So, Shifting to the city will be cost saving as well as beneficial to family.
My principal is also ready to give transfer to me.
what will be the procedure and which documents I'll have to attach with the form.
Please help it's urgent.

30 March 2015 you need to first on plain paper make an application to icai citing the reason u mentoined and must be duly signed by u and ur current ca....
once icai allows via a letter then u must file form 109 for taking transfer
