I want to take transfer ..i haven't completed my first year of articleship...bt my principal is said he will terminate my articleship and will not give me transfer..what can i do now?

for taking transfer u need to have termination from old principal to join to new principal na

see in such cases never fight with ur ca as unless he signs the form 109, u cannot get a valid transfer.
