07 September 2014 If someone has cleared his ipce exam in may 2014 and submit the articleship form before 30th of oct.2014 , then which earliest attempt of final exam he can give?

As per rule during the last 6 months of articleship you can appear for CA Final attempt. So you can appear for May 2017 attempt provided your articleship continue for next 3 years without any break.
