i heard that 2years articleship period is enough for pcc students .is it applicable for regular ipcc students

not only that your knowledge is misplaced, your query is badly phrased.
the 2 years period is applicable to PE-II students for being eligible for CA finals exam. it is neither applicable to PCC nor IPCC
