Dear sir i have completed 1yr 8 months of articleship i am from other state persuing articleship in mumbai i want to take transfer on the grounds of my mother illness then what proof i have to give to icai and what are the procedures for it..?? plzz reply...sir..

well this reason is as such not covered under the grounds considered by ICAI. however, you can still apply providing the necessary medical proofs alongwith request for approval of transfer. ICAI president has the option of considering the same at his discretion.
