23 March 2014 My articleship period ended on 26/02/2014 .excess leave comes around 23 days. i have served this period .but fails to file up form 107. is it required franking or executed on non judicial stamp paper, now how will i file back dated?how i show to ICAI that extension period served from 27/02/2014 to 22/03/204? please help me...what should I do in this situation?plz reply

23 March 2014 yes form 107 requires franking/stamping.

so either see if you cna get a backdated stamping on 107 or instead submit 102 and 103 dated now.

23 March 2014 bt on 102 n 103 form..can i show commenced from 28/02/014??or current period

23 March 2014 if i get the stamping of any dated of feb month (ie before completion date)will be fine?i have stamp paper of june 13 month it will be okkya?

23 March 2014 well if you can get stamping, then get it on 107 itself na dost..rather prefer using 107 only...as 102 and 103 is to be bought from ICAI!! so backdating it would be more difficult..

24 March 2014 dnt understanding what u saying...bt see if i have non judicial stamp paper of dated of december 2013 or january 2014 month..can i show submit 107 with this stamp paper by showing articleship period 27/02/2014 to 24/03/2014 as extension period...plz reply on above relevant situation...
