14 February 2014 sir, my first articleshp started 1st april 2013 ,left date 30 nov 2013 ,re articleship joining date 27 dec 2013 but during first april2013 to 30th nov 2013, I was on leave 30 days

14 February 2014 normally you should be able to go for November 15 unless you to take too many leaves...as on 1 November 15, you should not be having more than 6 months of articleship pending (including excess leave, if any)
