15 January 2014 I took only 25 days leave in my first 2 yrs of articleship.Now i am making plan for 1 yr Ind. training.
then how many days leave i can take in Ind. training for my final exams

can i take (152-25= 127days)
or

only 1/6th of Ind. training(52Days) ?
Plz help

16 January 2014 as such you can take 152 days...however, whether the industrial trainer company will allow that much leave or not is the main question!!

16 January 2014 Yeah thats True Nikhil ! but What's the rule of ICAI 1st that is important naa..if they allow ..then Company may give right ?

16 January 2014 Icai rules dont differentiate between articleship and industrial training. You are allowed 1/6 leave for actual period served regardless of whether you go for industrial training or not.
