if a principle is arrested what the article should do, if the arrest of the principle is not in the public notice.To whom shall the articles inform so that he can get proper guidance.

Because if principle is arrested , then obviously your articleship is in danger till the time he is under jail.
And if you report, the ICAI soon then you may be able to save the period articleship served.
