one of my frend writing Ipcc 4th attempt in Nov 2012 .She has a dout that she can get article training in good firm.........

Depends on the firm actually.
These days firms in my city demand articles with their both groups of IPCC cleared.
So requirements differ, tell him/her not to worry.
