16 November 2015 Greetings Everyone !!!
I had completed my articleship and submitted all the necessary forms for completion of service but institute in their letter informed me that i have a 15 days extension to be served.
I have served the extension period under my previous principal now i have a query regards to what necessary forms should i submit regards to it ??
Should i submit form 102 & 103 also as i have previously submitted form 108??

16 November 2015 form 102: articles of apprenticeship to be entered for 15 days. (Not to be sent to ICAI)

form 103 : fill col 10 accurately.

completion of 15 days articleship : form no 108 to be sent to ICAI after completing the 15 days' articleship.

Can you please clarify what details should i fill column 10 of form 103 as it is pretty confusing ex Total Period served etc.

19 November 2015 under 10, you do not have to fill f, g, and h because your is only one employer. right?

so keep f, g and h blank

fill c d and e as per your dates.

if you still face confusion, send me your dates so that i can tell what is to be filled and how it should be filled.
