I have cleared ipcc in may 2013 attempt. Can u please tell me the last date till which i can start my articleship so as to appear for the finals at the earliest possible ??

As per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988, a student will be eligible to appear in Final Exam, after completing of 30 months (2 Years and 6 months) of article ship.
As per this I will suggest you to start article ship and complete 30 months to give attempt in Final exam.
Time Limit for Registration in Final Course is not specified, you are free to take admission as you think fit.
