23 December 2014 I have applied for Articleship termination to Institute after completion of 2 years of articleship period.Till now I have not received any reply from Institute.Can I apply for CA Final exam to be held at May 2015.Will I eligible to appear CA Final examination while articles termination is in progress.

23 December 2014 You need to complete 2 years and 6 months to be eligible for appearing for CA final. In your case you have terminated your articleship after 2 years. So merely because you have NOT received any communication from ICAI does NOT entitle you to assume that you have NOT terminated your articlaship

23 December 2014 in this case since you havent completed 2 years and 6 months for becoming eligible for same.

24 December 2014 Dear Rekha The minimum criteria for appearing in CA final exams your balance article ship period should not be more than 6 months as on 30th April 2015.

Therefore, It is better for you, if you are not receiving any communication from ICAI, to visit ICAI branch.
