I joined in the articles on 30/04/2012 and adhesive stamp is also taken on this day itself.Now my question is do i have to pay Rs 100 to icai even though i send my articles application form with in 30days from 30/04/2012.Please clarify

No, there is no need to pay Rs. 100 to ICAI in this regard....
