Hello sir,
What does it mean by secondement of articles? Can i do it in second year of articles. And kindly inform me whether termination in articles period becomes problemmatic in further career purpose?

1. it means that you can work under another CA for a given period of time within the articleship period (it includes industrial training too)
2. yes you can do it second year
3. no it doesnt cause any problem...

in secondment u come back to serve the remaining period with the old principal...if it is an outright termination, you dont come back, u serve it with the new principal only...

I am doing articles in a firm at Hyderabad.During the second year of articles:
1)If i want to take secondment of articles can i do it in another firm hyderabad itself.
2)If want to take termination of articles can i join a new firm in hyderabad itself.

secondment can be done easily. For termination it is very difficult given the restrictive clauses under regulation 56(1)
