15 March 2013 Today I am unable to decide what I have to do.
I your office we have 2 chartered accountants one is your principal and another ca is my principal daughter.
First problem we should be punctual to the office in the morning but not in the evening.Even if he time is over we have to go and ask your mam shall we go.We face time difficulty.they treat us as employees but not as articles trainees.
If we say we have any problem they will say you have to face but they will not provide solution.Even for one day permission we have to ask before 2 hours we will not be able to come.we have say health problem then only we will get leave. otherwise we will not get the leave.
For classes at the final year they will not allow to go because they will say audits are there.Even if we say I have classes send another guy thy will not accept.
They even talk on my attitude.No body will not pass in first attempt both groups in ca final even for a single class except their family members are cas.
In our office they even don’t care about us they only selfish in their things.
Even why ca are not allowing articles assistant to go the seminars conducted by icai.Professional development skills are necessary for chartered accountants to go for higher level.
If the industrial training is made compulsory at the end of the final year ,then it will benefit a lot to the students they will know how to work in industires and they will have time for preparing for final exams.
Please be careful while joining the articles.
I am taking a decision to terminate from the firm .is it is acceptable to you all. Please share u r views in respect of industrial training to be made compulsory at the end of third year.

16 March 2013 Industrial training is optional not compulsory. You can do it, if you really wanna do. Otherwise you can continue with the same firm. As transfer is not allowed in last year of articleship unless there are some necessary grounds or industrial training is required.
