sir/madam,
i mailed my principle for transfer and join a firm near by my house due to some personal reason but my principle is refusing to give me transfer without giving any sufficient cause..
what should i do?
please help me out.

Go to your principal and give the reason. Please do NOT try to use TRANSFER as your BIRTH RIGHT.
