article clerk - not reporting

02 February 2011 My article trainee is not reporting me from long time as he has started his business & not interested in CA field. I have tried many times to contact him, but he is not attanding my any call, or msg.
Plz suggest me how I terminate him from article trainee.. If any format/ form available with u plz provide me.

03 February 2011 It is the first case to my notice that an Articled Clerk can harass a Practising CA.

.

If without taking leave; an articled clerk is absent and you have also maintained his Attendence Records; then proceed according to the CA Ravi's PM.

.

I also presume that he has not come to you
to get your sign on his previous exams.

.

On above grounds; you can terminate him.

.

But before doing so; send him a registered letter with a copy to the Institute.

At least two such letters should be given.
