A student will be eligible to appear in final exam after completing of 30 months (2.5 years) of articles as per Regulation 50 of the CA Regulations, 1988.
In your case , your 30 months of articleship will end on Aug 02, 2013, so u will be eligible for Nov, 2013 exam.
