We have procured goods at concessional rate of duty under noti. 43/2001.
Supplier of goods have prepared ARE 3 and asking us to countersigned from superintendent.
I thing we are not supposed to get ARE 3 counter signed by officer
Kindly guide us.

No need to counter signed at ARE-3 at the time of removal of goods.
