29 March 2013 What are the formalities to be followed for apppointment of a non executive director of a pvt ltd company if the same person is already a director of the company. Do I need to file a form 32 or a board resolution will be enough?

30 March 2013 If a person is already a director then how can you again appoint him.

I think, you want to regularise a person from additional director to director.

If you want to change the terms and condition of directors of Private Limited company, then BR will be sufficient.
