Dear All,
Can an additional Director who is appointed in Board Meeting of a Pvt Ltd Co. be authorized to sign Form 32 for his own appointment as other Director do not have DSC ?

No form 32 should be signed by a director other than the director in respect of whom the form is being filed. Form 32 may also be signed by the CS of the company if there is one.
