Whether mgt14 is required to be filed by a private company for appointment of director in eogm under section 152 of companies act 2013.

Yes.Form MGT-14 need to be file with ROC, Filing of the Board resolution recording the disclosure of interests (pursuant to Section 184(1)), received from the newly appointed Additional Director.
