02 May 2013 A company wants to hire a employees and give them a director designation but dont want to file a form 32 of ROC. so what are the director designation in which form 32 is not compulsory.

Yes, you can so, you can give him a designation as "Director-Account & Finance" or "Director-HR" or "Director-Administration" etc. In this case no need to File Form-32 with ROC.

02 May 2013 Without filing form 32 you can not appoint a person on board of the company.

02 May 2013 If we go Legally Then You Can't do so without filling form 32.

But if I speak Practically, Then You can do so whatever said by Mr. Ajay Mishra.
simply give post of director as sales, HR, Purchase, Admin etc. No issues.

Big Corporate doing the same.
