in mock test of ca club india in final course i find a question in which the minor can be appointed as a director of a pvt. co . in some cases but we cannot apply for din so how can be minnor become a director of a pvt. co ??????????????????????.

A minor can be admitted for benefits in a company for his shares. But he can't be a director even it means a private company. You are right DIN can't be issued for a minor. As well, he can't be held responsible for his duties as well.

but sir i see in ca club india mock test answer is a monor appoint a director some cases why??????????????????
