Auditor is appointed in AGM by the company. before filling ADT-1 the auditor gets disqualified thus new auditor is appointed by the board of the company which form is to be filed to the registrar in such a case?

For the purpose of intimation to ROC regarding appointment of new auditor form ADT.1 is required to be filed.
