what are the attachment reqired appointment of auditor in form GNL-2

Attachment of GNL.2 for the purpose of appointment of auditor are:
1. Form ADT.1 signed by director manually.
2. Auditor appointment letter
You may also attach Auditor eligibility letter received from auditor.
