11 September 2014 In case of private limited company with paid up share capital Rs.1 lac and having no borrowing , the same auditor was appointed from last 7 years now they want to continue the same auditors my question

1. can they continue for 6th AGM i.e. from conclusion of 8th AGM ( This year ) till the conclusion of 13th AGM upto the financial year ended on 31st March 2019.

Auditor can be appointed to hold the office from the conclusion of 8th agm till the conclusion of 13th AGM subject to ratification by members every year till 13th agm
