my name is megha. i completed my practical training for cma now i need to apply for membership but i don't know the procedure for it please guide me for that

02 January 2016 Now you can apply online. visit institute website and click the members option and in the page again click the member "tab" you can see as enroll as member there you get all the details and along with link for online application

03 January 2016 But they are asking for my experience certificate
So is there any other form i have to file for it

03 January 2016 Letter from the organisation ( experience certificate) is enough to file along with application, letter has to be signed or attested by the Cost accountant
