We want to get new gstin number. So we hired a open land but landlord doesn't have electricity meter here. This place is situated at village. Kindly suggest which documents can be produce in absence of electricity bill. With Regards

it is not purchased property but ancestral property. IF WE PRODUCE NOC FORM LANDLORD? one thing more how can be submit photograph of firm with name displayed on board BECAUSE IT IS A OPEN LAND please reply as soon as possible with regards

In our state, no photographs required for GSTIN. Also, just place one hoarding at the open land if the business work is to be done at that open land only.
