If you need to apply for a GSTIN but don't have an electricity bill for your business premises, there are alternative documents you can use. These include property tax receipts, municipal khata copies, or ownership deeds. If you're not the owner, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the landlord, along with one of these documents, will be necessary. Additionally, placing a signboard or hoarding with your business name at the location can support your application.

In our state, no photographs required for GSTIN. Also, just place one hoarding at the open land if the business work is to be done at that open land only.
