there was a query wrt application money pending for allotment. so i wann ask that what is the time limit allowed for allotment of shares??? what if voilation of the same is made wrt time limit?? What if the money been utilised without allotment though for the business purpose?
Is there any privelege given to power generating unit wrt to the same??

n yup it domestic company, a power generating unit located in himachal pradesh.
So jz wann knw that any kind of prevelage if given to power generating unit wrt utilisation of money without made allotment of shares.
