Is there any one who knows the applicable sections in new CA 2013 for MAY 15 CA FINAL exams..

for final the entire act is applicable. The thrust would be on sec 128 and onwards
04 November 2014
For May 2015 exams sections of Companies Act 2013 notified upto 30.09.2014 will be applicable.
