Is the Threshold for service tax on Nursing Home ( Pyschiatric ) based on Receipts or NUMBER OF BEDS. Please clarify. thanks

Threshold is based on the amount and NOT anything else.

Nursing homes/ clinic are exempt from Service Tax under notification no 25/2012 dated 20.06.2012
