Hello,
Is Tds eligible to be deducted if the amount of transport does not exceed 30000 per bill or 75000 annually and the transporter owns less than 10 trucks and a declaration of the same is given

NO TDS Deduction required in such case

TDS need not be done in that case.

Declaration should be accompanied by valid PAN of transporter than no need to deduct TDS on transport.
