Applicability of service tax

02 July 2010 Dear All,

We are IT service company, we have sold oracle license in the month of June'10. In invoice we have include both VAT @5% and Service Tax @10.3%.

My question is, Which service category is applicable?

Is it right under Information Technology?

Pls. reply asap.
