14 March 2012 Is Section 274(1)g applicable to Section 25 company?

As per my knowledge it is not applicable to private limited company but section 25 company is neither a public company nor private company.

please give reference for the above query

14 March 2012 The framework of section 274(1)g clearly says that the section is applicable only on public limited company section 25 company is may be public company or private company if section 25 company originally public company section applicable on same

Yes, Section 274(1)(g) of the Companies Act will apply to Section 25 company.
