No GST vl nt b applicable for nov 2011 exams as gst is there in finance act 2011. Nd for may nd nov 2011 exam finance act 2010 is applicble.

Law on GST is pending for approval by the parliament.
As per institute's policy, any new law or amendment coming into force six months before exams is applicable for that attempt.
If GST comes into force on or before 31.03.2012, then it will be applicable for nov 2012 exams. However, this scenario is unlikeley because the proposed implementation date of GST is 01.04.2012.
