we have payment terms in the work order as below
• 85% of basic price on progressive erection
5% of basic price on completion trail operation
• 10% of basic price on successful completion of Performance Guarantee Test
on raising invoice for progressive erection whether we need we need to pay GST on 100% or 85% . please mention the specific clause

When the payment is linked to the completion of an event
The invoice shall be issued before or after the time of completion of that event but within specified time.of 30 days.
Pay GST on 85%.
