12 June 2014 wait for few days by june end icsi will clarify how much of the total is applicable

13 June 2014 Highlights of Companies Act 2013 was applicable for June 2014 exams itself. In all likelihood Companies Act 2013 is expected to be applicable in Dec 2014 CS Executive exams. At least 282 section which are in force should be applicable. ICSI is yet to come out with notification in this regard. So wait for official notification from ICSI.
