Sir/mam,
is company law 2013 applicable for CA final Students in toto, who would be appearing for exams in Nov 15 or is it that way that some sections are applicable for ipcc students and some sections for ca final??

It is very much likely that in Nov 2015 Companies Act 2013 will be fully applicable.

I am also very hopeful about the 100% applicability of CA 2013 in year 2015. You are advised to keep a watch on ICAI announcements in this regard.

Sir, earlier(at the time of Companies Act 1956) some sections were applicable for IPCC level and rest for the final exam. Is it not going to be the same for Companies Act 2013?
