13 September 2013 What impanct will the companies act 2013 have on CA Final F.R. and Law and other papers?

13 September 2013 It has been clarified by ICAI that the Companies Act, 2013 will NOT be applicable for November 2013 examination.

Applicability for May 2014 eaxms will be announced soon by ICAI.
